Student Finance / Loans

Students studying  an Undergraduate Course at RWCMD (BA or BMus), can in most cases, apply for Student Finance in the form of Loans to pay for tuition fees for the duration of the Course.

UK Students should apply to the Student Finance Department in their country of residence. You can be directed to the appropriate authority through the following link  Student Loans Company and selecting your country.

EU students can find information through Student Finance Wales EU Section.

If you have not already applied, it is important that you do so as soon as possible to ensure your payments are not delayed.

Please remember you will need to re-apply for your Student Finance each year.

On registration day, you will need to bring with you confirmation of the tuition fee loan / grant from Student Finance.  If we do not have evidence your Student Fees are being funded through Student Finance, you will be required to provide evidence to confirm you are aware that if you do not receive the Student Finance for any reason, you will be personally liable for the fees.

If you are not taking the full loan for your tuition fees, you will need to provide evidence of how the balance will be paid. Please see details in the ‘Self Funding Section’.
