Deposits

Deposits to secure a place and to obtain an entry visa application letter from the College are refundable in full, on production of evidence that an application for an entry visa has been rejected. Applicants who accept a place, but subsequently have to withdraw, will have their deposit refunded provided they inform the College in writing, no less than 14 days before the advertised start date of their course.  Applicants who withdraw after this date will be entitled to a refund of their deposit, less a £250 administration charge.

Tuition Fee Liability

Fees for courses that are due and payable in full on enrolment will not be refunded.

Fees for courses that are due but not payable in full on enrolment will be  charged as follows:-

i. Students who withdraw during the first term, but before the start of the second term, will be liable for 50% of the annual fee due.

ii. Students who discontinue after the start of the second term, but before the start of the second term, will be liable for 75% of the annual tuition fee is due.

iii. Students who discontinue any time on or after the start of their third term are liable for the full annual tuition fee due.
