Feedback

It is important to realise that you are likely to be exposed to a great deal of public scrutiny. The College can help you develop the necessary perspective and resilience to deal positively with this, but in so doing you should be prepared to accept positive criticism and robust feedback of your own work. You will receive guidance and suggestions about how to work from staff who will teach you throughout your training. Formally, we seek to create the circumstances in lessons, tutorials, project sessions and rehearsals whereby you develop your powers of observation, spontaneity, imagination and communication. This, together with a comprehensive programme of vocationally driven classes, workshops and lectures is designed to equip you to find work.
