The Right Attitude

The Right Attitude

We will expect all students to display the right attitude and commitment to their work from the moment they commence their studies with us. This need not be an arduous task as it is the clear experience of most students that through solid application, engagement and commitment comes enjoyment and achievement in equal measures. In this way, you will be prepared to the challenges of a professional world that rarely cancels performances – the show must – and does – go on!

Working within a group is a skill requiring collective and individual self-discipline and self-awareness. The group must learn to function on the basis of mutual respect and trust if each member is to develop his/her full potential within it. We don’t expect you to like everyone you work with but we do expect respect and tolerance. Everyone grows and develops at different rates and in their particular way; you should afford to your fellow students the kind of consideration which you expect them to give you and, through doing so, you will develop your professional attitude and collaborative team-working skills.
